At Stowe Gallery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original gallery-grade packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
